Ryan is an accomplished photographer who learned his craft from studying with some of the best wedding photographers in the world including Denis Reggie and Joe Buissink.
Although Ryan incorporates a limited amount of "prompted" posing in his work, he strongly favors a photojournalistic style of photography that captures the natural, real moments in people's lives.

Ryan and his wife Shonee are celebrating their 21st wedding anniversary this year. They live in Reno, NV where they are raising five awesome children, a golden retriever, and a cat.
